This established and highly-regarded Boston-based real estate firm was founded in 1884. While working as a Graphic and Web Designer at Nickerson, I was responsible for designing the brand identity and website.



A.W. Perry didn’t have a brand identity system in place that could satisfy their current marketing needs or carry them into the future. It was paramount to ensure this fifth generation Boston real estate investment, development and management firm embraced it’s history while transitioning into a more modern branding system.


This extensive rebrand included new business cards, letterhead, folders, inserts, shipping labels, office and way-finding signage, powerpoint templates and a website. There was an emphasis on clean lines and a strict grid system to ensure this branding would be easy to work with in the future.
