The Nature Place
For 34 years, this nature-oriented, non-competitive summer day camp has welcomed campers of all ages to their 200 beautiful acres in Rockland County, New York. The Nature Place is where campers connect with themselves, each other and the earth.
Designed at 829 Studios in collaboration with the exceptional talents of Mae Beerman (UX).
Website Design
The digital realm and natural world are quite opposite from one another. We bridged that gap with a user interface aesthetic inspired by nature. Custom hand-drawn illustrations were sprinkled throughout the website along with organic image crops and a color palette composed of greens and browns.
Print Materials
Along with the website, we applied the same playful and natural aesthetic to revamp the camp’s brochure.
